Booking a great wedding photographer shouldn’t be hard. I have compiled a list of questions that I get asked fairly often. If you don’t find your answer here, please feel free to contact me. I would love to help.
Will we be photoshopped?
I use the “Two Week” rule. If it will not be gone in two weeks, I will not adjust it. I only edit out distractions like stray hairs, spots, or dust. I love to showcase you AUTHENTICALLY!
Do you work with a 2nd photographer?
I’ve shot many weddings by myself, but I also love collaborating with other truly inspiring and talented photographers. I have a number of other photographers that inspire me that I collaborate with regularly.
How many images do you deliver with your wedding package?
Every wedding is different so the number of images you receive will fluctuate depending on the specifics of your big day. Typically, for a full wedding day (approx. 10 hours) I will deliver at least 500 to 600 fully edited, high-resolution images within 8-12 weeks from your wedding day.
How do we book you?
After you’ve spent some time on my site, please send me an inquiry and let me know everything about you and your photographic needs.
Do you deliver RAW images?
I want you to receive all of your images in their best and most polished form, therefore I do not provide raw files.
Do you only shoot weddings?
No. Weddings are the main part of my business but I also photograph families, events, portraits, headshots, corporate events, etc. Every time I pick up the camera I learn something new, and I’m hungry to grow as a photographer until I’m old and grey.
Do you travel for clients?
Yes, I do! If you’re interested in having me come to shoot your wedding outside of the Greater Vancouver area drop me a quick message for a custom quote.
How do payments work? Do you offer refunds?
Each session requires a non-refundable retainer to be paid at the signing of your contract. We do offer payment plans for weddings. There will be no refund of the retainer after signing the agreement. Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
What happens if you are not able to make it to my event?
I would absolutely hope this never happens but as I am human, I always have a contingency plan. I have a team of photographers that offer the same skill level as myself. To maintain consistency, all photographers shoot in the same photojournalistic & editorial style, with the same pro-grade photography gear.
